payments are utilized effectively to provide quality education to underprivileged students.
As a
non-profit organization, we maintain a transparent policy regarding donations, course fees,
and
other financial transactions.
1. Donations
- All donations made to the foundation are non-refundable.
- Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Donors will receive an acknowledgment receipt for their contribution.
2. Duplicate Transactions
- In case of accidental duplicate payments, the payer must notify us immediately.
- Upon verification, the excess amount will be refunded within 7-10
working
days.
3. Technical Issues in Payment
- If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted, please contact us with
proof of
payment.
- After verification, the amount will be refunded within 7-10 working
days.
